• Tenant Data: Names, contact details, room assignments, and payment history of your residents.
• Property Data: Details about your hostel rooms, floors, and facilities.
• WhatsApp Integration: Contact numbers and basic tenant details used for sending automated reminders.

NiwasNest integrates with the WhatsApp Business API to provide automated notification services for hostel owners and tenants.

• We use tenant phone numbers solely to dispatch rent reminders, payment receipts, and urgent alerts as configured by the hostel owner.
• Message content is derived from pre-approved Meta templates.
• We do not share tenant contact information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use the collected data to provide and improve our service:

• To manage your hostel operations and tenant records.
• To send automated rent reminders and payment receipts via WhatsApp.
• To process subscription payments and maintain your account.
• To provide customer support and technical assistance.

We respect your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your NiwasNest account and all associated data, please follow these instructions:

1. Log in to your dashboard.
2. Go to Profile Settings.
3. Click on Delete Account at the bottom of the page and confirm.
4. Alternatively, you can email your deletion request to the address below. We will process your request within 30 days.

Note: Some payment-related records may be retained for legally required audit and accounting purposes.
